We would like to briefly inform you about the treatments to be performed on you in our institution and the methods of their application.

HOW TO ORGANIZE YOUR TREATMENT PROGRAM AND FOLLOW-UPS?
After examination by our doctor in the outpatient clinic, the regions or regions to be treated are determined. A special treatment program card is created for you. With this card, your examination findings and treatment form are delivered to our physiotherapists and technicians who will apply your treatment after your appointment time is determined.
Your treatment card is created in such a way that it is complete and not open to any practitioner's interpretation. Therefore, although it is rare; If our therapist who takes care of you changes in the face of an emergency, there will be no change in the treatment application. If there is enough time, you will be notified by phone before treatment.
There are many different methods in your physical therapy and rehabilitation program. These treatment methods include hot and cold applications that are effective in superficial tissue, used to heat and cool the tissue when necessary. Ultrasound, which provides warming in the deep tissue and has a massage effect as of the way it is applied, is another physical therapy method.
In addition, a painkiller and edema-relieving electrical currents are applied from the skin surface through self-adhesive electrodes. Each patient has their own electrodes. When you arrive at the first session of your treatment, the electrode that has never been used is turned on and placed in a small package. Your name is written on the package. You can keep this package yourself if you wish. Otherwise, the electrotherapy is stored in our unit by your therapist.
In addition to these standard treatment methods, different treatment methods can be applied in our center according to your medical condition such as laser applications, magnetic field therapy, spinal decompression device, vortex bath and galvanic bath, ESWT, pneumatical compression. In addition to all this, there are exercise programs tailored for you. Some patients may need exercise programs more in addition to the above-mentioned physical therapy methods. This situation is decided by your doctor during your outpatient examination.
Lokomat (Robotic system for walking training), Armeo (Robotic system for hand-arm-shoulder training), Bioness functional stimulation system (FES), H200 Hand rehabilitation system, Korebalans balance training, HIL therapy, Virtual Rehabilitation (Computerized balance exercises, strengthening exercises, joint opening exercises), posture analysis and base pressure measurement, 3D walking analysis and training system, pool therapy, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation programs can be added to your treatment as a result of the evaluation made by our doctors.
Your treatment appointments are usually given on the hour, and the devices where the treatment is performed and the therapist are allocated for you. The duration of your session; includes your preparation time and the program period organized by your physician.
During the treatment program, you will be monitored regularly by our corporate physicians. Your follow-ups will be done one-on-one during general patient rounds and by your physician. Other than that, you can see your doctor whenever you feel the need. For this purpose, you just need to submit your request to our counter manager staff or treatment team before entering your treatment.
During your treatment, your therapists will call your doctor if necessary to regularly share good or bad developments about you, and changes can be made to your treatment schedule with your doctor's knowledge.
Interventional and algological pain techniques can also be applied to your complaints before or after your treatment. In such a case, you will be given detailed information by your doctor.
HOW TO SET YOUR APPOINTMENT TIMES
Although your requests are taken into account first, you are given an appointment time in light of the session hours of our other patients entering the treatment and the functioning schedule of our hospital. Appointments are made on the hourly hours. Treatments usually range from at least 1 hour to 1.5 hours depending on each patient's condition. Your treatment hours will be applied between the same hours every day unless it is a necessary condition.
Physiotherapists or technicians who follow the treatment plan have new patients at the beginning of each hour. Therefore, it is extremely important that you arrive at your treatment on time so that there are no disruptions to your treatment program and the next patient' treatment program.
If it is late, depending on the intensity of your treatment or due to the patients who will receive treatment after you, you may not be able to take the session or you may have to wait. Your continuity to treatment is extremely important in order for your treatment to be effective and the results to be obtained correctly. In case of necessity to be suspended, it is appropriate to consult your doctor and suspend treatment. Apart from this, it is very important that you do not take any break from the treatment program so that your treatment can be successful and result in healing.
OUR SERVICE DAYS
Our institution is open every weekday and on Weekends and Saturdays. In order to ensure that your treatment is not interrupted and its successful, we strongly ask you as your physicians to continue the treatment on Saturdays.
PLEASE NOTE...
Before each treatment, please do not forget to visit our counter on the ground floor to get a barcode for your daily treatment and give it to your therapist.
In our treatment rooms, we strongly request that our patients communicate better with the medical team and that our accompanying guests are not present in the halls during the treatment in terms of the quality of the treatment.
We would like to remind you that our patients who will receive robotic rehabilitation treatment, tracksuits, long sneakers and shoes; swimwear of our patients receiving pool treatment; and those patients who have exercise treatment in the gym should come to their programs with sneakers and comfortable clothes.

In order to serve you better and to higher standards, you can transfer your complaints or suggestions, if any, to our patient relations unit through the patient questionnaire. Your written or oral notifications will be transferred to our management as soon as possible and will be evaluated.
